Executive Vice President and Head of Tax, Energy Transfer LP

Brad Whitehurst has served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Tax of Energy Transfer LP since August 2014.  Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. is the general partner of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. and Sunoco Partners, L.P.  Prior to joining Energy Transfer Equity L.P., Mr. Whitehurst was a partner in the Washington, DC office of Bingham McCutchen LLP and an attorney in the Washington, DC offices of both McKee Nelson LLP and Hogan & Hartson.  Mr. Whitehurst has specialized in partnership taxation and has advised Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. and its subsidiaries in his current role and as outside counsel since 2006.
