Frank joined Baird in 2010. Previously, he had been with Wells Fargo Securities as a Managing Director since its December 2008 acquisition of Wachovia Securities. Frank had joined Wachovia in 2008 upon its merger with A.G. Edwards. At A.G. Edwards he was Managing Director and co-head of Energy Investment Banking. Frank joined A.G. Edwards in 1997. He has been involved as the lead energy banker on a broad range of equity, debt and advisory transactions for master limited partnership (MLP) and exploration and production (E&P) companies. He also serves on the Board of the Master Limited Partnership Association in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining A.G. Edwards, Frank was Vice President, Corporate Finance of American Exploration Company, a publicly held independent oil and gas company based in Houston, Texas. Frank received a BA degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
